Winter Park celebrates Ramadan

Winter Park Care & Rehab CNA Fatou Ndure prepared heaping full African dishes of chicken, rice, and vegetables for residents in spite of the fact that she has been fasting for Ramadan since the weekend.  Fatou, a Moslem from Gambia, discussed the meaning of Ramadan as well as answered questions from residents and fellow workers about her beliefs and customs from her country. – Submitted by Larry Limbaugh, Chaplain, Winter Park Care & Rehab
