Groundbreaking Celebrates Signature’s Growing Revolution

Jacksonville, Fl., March 17, 2017 – This week Signature HealthCARE broke ground on a new, ground up project in Jacksonville, Florida. The new skilled-nursing facility, Signature HealthCARE of Middleburg, is projected to employ over 100 people and fill a need in the local community.

“We are thrilled to grow and to continue serving the Jacksonville community. This facility will fill a need in the area providing excellence in skilled-nursing care,” Kim Morrow, Chief Operating Officer of Signature’s Urban segment, said.

Set to open in the spring of 2018, the 120-bed facility will provide skilled nursing care including: respiratory, physical, occupational and speech therapy.
